Cheese and bread are two of our favourite foods, and they taste even better together. Cheese Sandwich is a must try the sandwich recipe. It is a healthy breakfast recipe that you can try during the weekends or pack for lunch during the weekdays.
Take chopped mixed vegetables in a bowl and add in salt & pepper.
Toss and assemble by placing a cheese slice on a bread slice and spreading 2-3 tablespoons of mixed vegetables on it and covering it with another bread slice.
Add little butter to a pan and toast the sandwich until it turns crisp on both the sides. Serve warm.

How to make egg omelette

This egg omelette sandwich is my go-to recipe when I have no veggies on hand, even though I added onions, tomatoes and capsicum in this. Sometimes i make this simply with plain salt pepper omelette.


• Egg
• 2tbsp water
• Pinch salt
• Pinch pepper


Whisk eggs, water, salt and pepper.
Heat a pan over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture. As eggs set around the edge of skillet, with the spatula, gently push cooked portions toward the centre of skillet. Tilt and rotate skillet to allow uncooked egg to flow into empty spaces
When eggs are almost set on the surface but still look moist, cover half of the omelette with filling. Slip spatula under unfilled side; fold over onto filled half.
Cook for a minute, then slide omelette onto a plate.


• 6 bread- brown
• 3 slices cheese slices
• 1 medium finely chopped tomato
• 1 medium finely chopped carrot
• 1 medium thinly sliced onion
• 1/4 teaspoon spice black pepper
• 1/2 pinch salt
• 2 teaspoon butter
• 1 medium finely chopped cucumber
